BIOIDENTICAL HORMONES AND YOUR BODY’S NATURAL HORMONES.

Vital Advanced Medical Center offers BHRT in Tampa to help women cope with the symptoms of menopause and hormonal imbalances. BHRT stands for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Bioidentical hormones are structured to be chemically identical to the hormones naturally produced by the human body.  Why Bioidentical Hormones? The molecular structure of bioidentical hormones matches that of endogenous (naturally occurring) hormones. For example, bioidentical estrogen is chemically identical to estradiol, the primary form of estrogen in the body. Many bioidentical hormones are derived from natural sources, which are then processed to create hormones that have the same structure as those produced by the body. Hormones such as estrogen, are derived from soybeans. The compounds extracted are similar to human estrogen. Wild yams contain compounds that can be converted into hormones. HOW LOW TESTOSTEONE LEVELS AFFECT BONE MASS

Image
As men age, their testosterone levels typically decline, which has an effect on muscle mass, bone mass and fat distribution in the body. At our TRT Clinic in Tampa , male patients come in who are getting flabby, losing muscle and losing bone mass as they age due to lower levels of testosterone. When a man loses bone mass, several health issues can arise. First, there is increased fracture risk. Reduced bone density makes bones more fragile, increasing the likelihood of fractures, especially in the hips, spine, and wrists. Fractures or weakened bones can result in persistent pain and discomfort, impacting daily activities and quality of life. Secondly, this condition, characterized by weakened bones, can develop with significant bone loss, leading to severe complications and chronic pain. Loss of bone mass, particularly in the spine, can lead to changes in posture, such as a stooped or hunched appearance. Increased fracture risk and pain may lead to reduced physical activity

If your child will be entering a program that involves physical activity, such as dance or gym classes, the school might also require a physical. Students participating in sports often need a physical to ensure they are fit to play a
